One bedroom on the ground floor and one upstairs with a queen size bed. Additional bed for 1 prs upstairs.

Drying rack, ironing board, iron and laundry basket on site.

Flat screen with TV and a private Netflix account.

Garden
Free access to the 2000m2 garden. The cottage also has 2 terraces, not overlooked, with a view of the meadow.

Deck chairs, dining table, outdoor rugs and parasol to enjoy the garden and terraces.
Wood stove
The cottage is equipped with a large wood stove and electric heaters in each room.
Kitchen and dining room
The open kitchen is located on the ground floor at the entrance to the cottage. It is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and a large cooking surface. In the numerous cupboards you will find all the utensils and crockery necessary for cooking and setting a pretty table.
♡ The wooden dining table sits in the middle of the room, but you can also enjoy your meals outside on the covered wooden terrace, next to the kitchen.
♡ The large wood stove in the kitchen/dining room heats the entire cottage quickly and will allow you to eat in a very warm atmosphere.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs are each equipped with a queen size bed (160 cm), a duvet and a thick and comfortable mattress. Each room has its own en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Hair dryer and towel rack in each bathroom. A third bed for one person awaits you upstairs, in the form of a pretty bench with a good mattress, next to the living room.
♡ Beds are made upon arrival and a towel kit is provided (bath sheet, towel and washcloth) for each guest.
Living room and terrace
The lounge area is located upstairs, under the beams of the sloping roof, creating a cosy atmosphere. Relax on the two sofas during long autumn or winter evenings with a book or in front of a good film on the television.
♡ You can enjoy the nice wooden terrace to have your morning coffee, evening aperitif or meals, in front of the pretty view of the garden and fields.
♡ Enjoy your private access to Netflix (in addition to public channels)
Garden & outdoor
Le Cottage Picard is located in our 2000m2 garden, 80 meters from the main entrance to our longère (typical Picardy farm). Your entrance is therefore independent and we respect your privacy during your stay, each house being not overlooked and having its own piece of garden.
Our land is located opposite the Yvrench church, set back from the road which we don't hear at all. The garden is completely enclosed and the cottage has a lovely view. The terraces are overlooking the meadow and the garden, and the upstairs bedroom window has a romantic view on the church in the distance.
♡ Enjoy the two wooden terraces, equipped with deck chairs, table, parasol etc.
♡ In summer we can install a ping-pong table and an inflatable swimming pool for your children. There are also other games on site (ball, jeu de boules, badminton, etc.).
