Bienvenue !
We are Thomas and Manuela, the happy owners since 2024 of our “longère” — a traditional Picardy farmhouse — and its converted barn, now a cosy holiday accomodation: Le Cottage Picard.
This project had been a long-time dream, and we’re thrilled (and a little proud!) to have made it come true by finding this rare gem in Yvrench, a small village in the Somme where Thomas’s family has lived for generations.
Manuela is originally from the Netherlands and works as a painter and graphic designer. Thomas is a computer science researcher. Togother we have two grown-up children… and two curious cats, always ready to come say hello!
